Travel and direction
Milan Orio al Serio Il Caravaggio Airport is the closest and most convenient airport to the conference site. Taxi and public transportation is available, with a travel time of 20 minutes. Milan Malpensa Airport is further away, but there is a public transportation link.
The Conference will take place at Palazzo Baroni (Via Pignolo 123, at the border of Città Alta, Bergamo), an historic yet modernized university building with a breathtaking terrace view overlooking the city, setting on Via Pignolo—a historic street lined with Renaissance palaces that blends a quiet yet vibrant academic atmosphere. Its location offers proximity to cultural landmarks such as the Accademia Carrara and GAMeC (Gallery of Modern and Contemporary Art).
The Keynote Lecture on Thursday morning will take place at the Aula Magna Università degli studi di Bergamo - Ex Monastero di Sant'Agostino, a 5-minute walk from the venue for the parallel sessions.
