Conference fees include access to all sessions, lunch on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, a reception on Wednesday evening, Città Alta guided visit and conference dinner on Thursday evening, and mid-morning and mid-afternoon refreshment breaks. Guests may attend the conference dinner for an additional €100.
School fees include access to all sessions and class materials, as well as all meals, refreshment breaks, and social networking events from Monday lunchtime through Wednesday morning.
Refund policy: full refunds, less a €50 processing fee, will be granted for cancellations made by May 25. No refunds will be issued after May 25. Refund requests should be sent directly to itea2026@gmail.com.
Attendees requiring an invitation letter to obtain a visa for Italy should email Flavio Porta and include:
(a) their full name as shown on their passport,
(b) their business address, and
(c) whether they are presenting a paper.
A visa letter will be sent by email within two business days.
